Owen Kline makes his directorial debut with the raunchy coming-of-age romp, Funny Pages. Taking inspiration from illustrations of R. Crumb, Peter Bagge, and Daniel Clowes, the film is chock full of interesting faces, comedic cringe, and seedy silliness. It’s a grimy good time, and one of the year’s funniest flicks!
