The Chemist’s Best

3 parts ginger ale
6 parts Cola
Add whisky, ginger ale and coke into a large container and stir. Fill highball glasses with ice, and pour the mixture over top. Squeeze some lime juice, and garnish with a lime wedge.
1 part vodka
1 part gin
1 part tequila
1 part white rum
1 part triple sec
3 parts lemon lime soda
1 part blue curaçao (add at the end)
1 part raspberry liquor (add at the end)
Add the first six ingredients in a large glass. Add the blue curaçao to one side of the glass, and add the raspberry liquor to the opposite side of the glass. Stir when ready, and watch the drink turn into a beautiful purple. Next, prepare to enter an alternate dimension.
Black Skull Juice
1 part vodka
1 part coffee liqueur
1 part espresso (or fresh coffee)
Pour ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake, strain, and serve in a martini glass.
Cherry flavored vodka
8 oz. lime juice
6 oz. cranberry juice
2 1/2 oz. grenadine
Fresh cherries w/the pits removed
Wash and remove pits and stems from the fresh cherries, and muddle them in a cocktail shaker. Combine the rest of the ingredients, except for the 7Up, in a bowl and stir. Top with 7 Up and muddled cherries. Serves 12 guests.
1 bottle (inexpensive) red wine
12 oz. club soda
2 oz. cognac
3 lbs warmed honey
4 sliced figs
1/2 cup red or black grapes
1/2 cup pitted cherries (can use frozen, if necessary)
Combine the fruit in a large glass bowl, adding the cognac and honey. Stir until the honey is dissolved. Pour in the wine and stir gently. Refrigerate for a minimum of two hours or as long as over night. When ready to serve, pour the mixture into a pitcher (some may desire to strain the fruit at this point, and then add it at the end to individual servings). Add the club soda and stir gently. Pour sangria into wine or highball glasses that are filled with ice.
