Jabba's Jamm

Inspired by Return of the Jedi

We're celebrating May the 4th with this Star Wars themed custom cocktail, an Absinthe Frappe with a Jabba the Hutt slant. Here's what you'll need: 

• 1 shot Absinthe 
• 1/2 shot Simple Syrup
• Crushed ice
• Haribo (gummy) Frogs
• Club Soda (optional for you goddamned lightweights)

Prep:

1. In a short (old-fashion-type, if you have it) glass, combine one cup of crushed ice, along with the absinthe and simple syrup
2. Stir the mixture until a majority of the ice melts and the absinthe begins to "louche" (become cloudy) 
3. Drop in 2-3 Haribo Frogs (and add some Club Soda if you's a bitch). 
4. Give one more stir and sip that shit like Jabba himself.
